Welcome to SEA Airport’s first bubble/boba tea shop! Neighborhood Bubble Tea & Coffee offers a wide selection of milk teas and a signature coffee selection.

Enjoy signature milk teas with Filipino roots including a Leche Flan Milk Tea and Turon Turon Black Milk Tea with jackfruit, banana syrup, and brown sugar. The shop also offers a traditional Thai Milk Tea and Lychee Passionfruit Tea.

We partner with local roaster Fulcrum Coffee for our selection of coffee, espresso, and cold brew. Signature espresso drinks include a black sesame latte topped with black sesame cream, a house-brewed Vietnamese iced coffee, and a pandan latte. And of course, there’s an ube latte too!
